- I bought this and the BHA 9 spot treatment for sebaceous gland bumps on my face. I honestly can't tell if it works. I've been using it for over a year. They aren't getting bigger, but not shrinking. I keep using it since I don't know if this is helping slow down the bumps from getting bigger. I would not waste the money if you're looking for help with blackheads or milias.
