About Promolyze

Promolyze is an independent, reader-supported shopping site. We track what's actually selling and holding up in buyer reviews on Amazon — across beauty, home, kitchen, auto, pets, toys and more — and surface the picks worth your time, each linked to its live Amazon listing so you always see today's real price.

Who runs this site

Promolyze is built and edited by Carlos Jurado, a web developer and product researcher who created the site in 2026 and maintains every part of it — the catalog, the research process and the reviews. Carlos spends his working hours reading buyer feedback, best-seller data and independent tests so that each pick reflects what real owners report, not what a press release claims.

How picks are chosen

Items earn a place here based on three things: sustained demand (Amazon best-seller and trending data, not one-day spikes), review health (consistent buyer satisfaction across a meaningful number of ratings, including how the negative reviews read), and practical value (price relative to named alternatives). For the items we review in depth, we add our own verdict, a synthesis of recurring themes in real buyer reviews — always including the complaints — and comparisons against named rivals. The full process is documented in our editorial policy.

How we make money

Promolyze participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. When you buy through a link on this site, Amazon pays us a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide what we feature: rates are set by category, not by product, so recommending the better item pays us the same as recommending the worse one. We don't accept payment for placement, and no brand reviews or approves our content.

What we don't do

We don't publish fabricated testimonials or star ratings, we don't copy Amazon's product descriptions and call them reviews, and we don't mark pages up with rating schema we can't back with real first-party reviews. When we summarize buyer sentiment, it's an editorial synthesis of reviews on the product's Amazon listing — clearly labeled, never invented, and always including at least one drawback.
